  1. All sections in the application form must be completed. Where inapplicable, put NIL / NA. You will not be able to submit your application if any part of the form is incomplete.
  2. Compile all necessary supporting documents in soft copy for online submission:
    • MyKad (front and back)
      [JPEG or PNG / Maximum File Size: 2.0 MB]
    • Recent passport-size photos
      [JPEG or PNG / Maximum File Size: 2.0 MB]
    • Offer letter from university / college (with breakdown of tuition fees)
      [JPEG, PNG or PDF / Maximum File Size: 5.0 MB]
    • Academic certificates (SPM, STPM, etc) and transcripts of results (for each qualification, combine all relevant supporting documents into a single file)

    • Certificates and other relevant supporting documents for extra-mural activities (combine all into a single file)

    • In relation to members of your household:
      • MyKad (front and back)

      • Documentary proof of income (if any)

  3. Online application submission must be completed by 30 June 2025

Only shortlisted candidates will be notified via email by 31 July 2025 and called for interview shortly after that.
